Masters of the American West Fine Art Exhibition and Sale
Because we anticipate intense interest in acquiring these six special works, and we want to ensure that everyone has an equal opportunity, there will be a sealed silent bid procedure. Each patron who has purchased a ticket to the Reception and Fine Art Exhibition and Sale on February 3, 2006, may bid the price they are comfortable with on one or more of these remarkable works. Bids will remain sealed until 7 p.m. on the night of the reception, when we will announce the winning bids. Envelopes and bid forms are included in the Masters of the American West packets distributed at registration on the day of the event. Those who have purchased a ticket but who are not able to attend may request to have silent bid forms sent to them for mailing back to the Autry.
